Ian Clarke is the lead architect of Dijjer and Chief Technology Officer of ChangeTv. Ian is also founder, architect and coordinator of the Freenet Project, an open source distributed networking technology. Ian was co-founder and CTO of Intel-backed Uprizer and was selected in 2003 by MIT Technology Review as one of the top 100 innovators under the age of 35. Ian holds a degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from Edinburgh University, Scotland, and is a two-time first prize-winner of the national Young Scientists Competition in Dublin, Ireland.

Steven Starr is the founder of ChangeTv, a decentralized media company. Before partnering with Ian on Freenet and Uprizer, Steven ran the New York film operation for William Morris, co-created MTV's The State, wrote and directed the feature film Joey Breaker, ran the largest community radio signal in the US, KPFK-FM, and is producing a documentary on the global water crisis with filmmaker Irena Salina.

Oliver Luckett is a partner in ChangeTv. Previously, Oliver spearheaded Norman Lear's Declare Yourself campaign, delivering over 1.2 million non-partisan 2004 voter registrations through partnerships with Yahoo!, Google, Friendster, and others. Previously, Oliver was co-founder and CTO of iBlast, Chief IP Services Architect for Qwest and founder of Revilopark and LuckyDisk.

Andrew Clarke is a lead developer of Dijjer and a partner in ChangeTv. Andrew is the co-founder and CTO of Cematics Ltd, a UK based consultancy specializing in applications for P2P technology, and is co-creator and lead architect of Locutus, a P2P information sharing system. Andrew holds a degree in Mathematics and a masters degree in Networks and Distributed Systems from Trinity College, Dublin.

Mason Glaves is the senior Java engineer at Vanten K.K., an open source consulting company based in Tokyo. He's worked in network and application security, biometric authentication and knowledge management for the past seven years, and is a known voice in the security community since 1988. From an academic background in Anthropology with a specialization in linguistics, he spends free time documenting Native American and far East Asian language and culture.

Holmes Wilson, Tiffiniy Cheng, Nick Reville, Nick Nassar, and Morgan Knutson, the people behind Downhill Battle, built the Dijjer website. Downhill Battle is an activist organization working to end corporate media monopolies and support participatory culture. Their projects include Grey Tuesday, the online protest for sampling rights, and the nationwide screening initiative Eyes On The Screen, organized to re-establish documentary masterwork Eyes On The Prize as a civil rights educational resource.
